Yes, all pre-owned vehicles are serviced mechanically and cosmetically before resale. We have an on-site mechanical service shop at our Cleveland office that goes through each pre-owned vehicle bumper to bumper. No pre-owned American Coach Sales Sprinter is sold “as is.” This is a big advantage to purchasing pre-owned Sprinters through a dealer rather than sale-by-owner.
New Sprinters sold by American Coach Sales come with both a Mercedes Benz and Upfitter warranty. However, not all conversion Mercedes Sprinters do. Whether you buy from us or another dealer, always check whether the van you purchase comes with a Mercedes warranty or is built by a Mercedes Benz Master Upfitter. All Mercedes chassis operations can be serviced under warranty at any Mercedes Benz dealership. The upfitting components should be serviced by us, at our Cleveland service shop, or your local RV shop. Whether you plan to have your van serviced with us or another shop, we recommend you call your salesperson first. Our manufacturers keep a list of trusted service shops all over the country, so we may be able to direct you to an expert technician in your area. Service requests can also be made online here.

When you take delivery of your van, there will be a black canvas bag that contains your Mercedes Benz manual and the manufacturer’s manual. The Mercedes Benz manual can also be accessed on the Mercedes home display screen.
All Mercedes Benz Sprinters sold and upfitted in the United States have diesel engines.
No, you do not need a CDL to operate a Sprinter van. Your standard driver’s license is all you need.

Our builds have customizable options, but we can only customize within the confines of the manufacturer’s available layouts. If you would like to choose specific colors, add your team/brand logo, or add-on aftermarket specs, we are happy to do so! However, complete custom conversions are not possible.
